#ACCE22 COVID Policy

The safety of our convention attendees, partners and ACCE team is very important to us. We will continue to monitor CDC and local guidelines regarding COVID-19, and our safety protocols will follow those guidelines. ACCE will follow local, state and national mask mandates at the time of the convention. By attending ACCE’s annual convention, you are self-attesting that you are either fully vaccinated or have tested negative within 72 hours of the event and are not experiencing any COVID-like symptoms. Attendees who test positive and are within CDC quarantine timelines should not attend the convention. Should this occur, please retain the proof of a positive COVID test and contact Emily Counts at ecounts@acce.org to receive credit toward 2023 ACCE Convention registration. Any attendee who feels they might have COVID symptoms or feels ill during the conference should immediately go to their hotel room to quarantine. If the attendee is not staying in a hotel, they should return home. Please alert ACCE staff as soon as possible about your condition by emailing ashields@acce.org and/or lslater@acce.org

ACCE has the right to adjust this policy should the situation with COVID change significantly before the start of the convention. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we aim to minimize the risks to the health and safety of our stakeholders.

Introducing The Circuit

ACCE’s return to an in-person convention presents the opportunity to do something new and unexpected.

The Circuit, a community space, will be a lively activity-based destination. A place where attendees can relax, recharge, refuel and make connections with industry partners and exhibitors

An interactive element allows for more one-on-one engagement with our attendees. Establish your brand, promote your solution and most importantly, build relationships.

Make your booth presence bold and visual.
The more creative the better.
